Wish Ride 2010 Followup

The 5^th Annual Ship Wish ride was a big success. The weather for the day was perfect for the ride. We had over 240 motorcycles in the ride, with many bikes carrying a passenger. We would like to thank all who participated in the ride.

The ride could not have been conducted without the tireless efforts of all our volunteers and supporters. We would like to thank our sponsors for their support and donations.

The ride route was safely monitored by the efforts of the area fire police and the local law enforcement agencies. The ride made its way safely from Shippensburg to the Saunderosa Campgrounds

Again we wish to thank all that helped make the 2010 ride a big success.

Ride History

The Wish Ride is named in honor of Damon Bryan. Damon lives in Shippensburg, Pa with his parents, Darren and Jenny Bryan.

Damon has cerebral palsy and seizures. Damon is wheelchair bound and must be fed with a feeding tube.

The first Wish Ride was organized to help Damon and his family with expenses related to his medical needs plus treatments. That assistance is no longer required, but the Wish Ride continues in his honor. All proceeds from the Wish Ride are now being given to local children with medical expenses.
